Who comes to clean?
A team of three from Tip Top. With three of us working room by room, your home gets cleaned top to bottom without taking all day. Kimberly has been cleaning homes for over 20 years and trains the team to her checklist.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Tip Top Maid Service is licensed and insured.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most folks give us a key or a door code, and we lock up the way you asked. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too.
How often can you come?
Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. We also do one-time cleans for seasons and special occasions, like spring cleaning, holidays or company coming.
Do you clean windows and refrigerators?
Yes. Window washing and refrigerator cleaning can be added to any visit, and they're part of every move-in and move-out clean.
Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes. After a build or remodel we clear the dust and debris and get the house ready to live in.
How much does a cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your home, the type of clean, and how often you'd like us to come. Tell us about your house and you'll get one clear price before cleaning day.
